The people behind every ride
Two riders. One organizer. Years of trails. One mission.
TAD Adventure was built by two people who've spent their lives on Kosovo's trails, racing, crashing, rebuilding, and earning every line. When you ride with us, you're not following a script. You're riding with the people who mapped the terrain. And when you reach out, Florina is the first person you'll talk to.

Lead Guide · TAD Adventure
Lil Berisha has been riding Kosovo's mountains since he was old enough to hold the bars. What started as a childhood obsession became a life mission: to know every trail, every ridge, every river crossing in the Balkan backcountry.
He's raced, crashed, rebuilt, and mapped lines that no GPS can find. As TAD Adventure's lead guide, Lil doesn't just show you the terrain. He reads it, respects it, and rides it with you. He's worked with riders from across Europe and beyond, building not just itineraries but real experiences that leave marks.
Off the bike he's into snowboarding, downhill biking, and anything that puts the body to the test. When you ride with Lil, you're not following a route. You're riding with someone who earned every metre of it.
His home terrain spans some of the most demanding highlands in the Balkans — the rocky river crossings and exposed ridgelines of the Accursed Mountains (Bjeshkët e Nemuna), the high passes of the Sharr range in southern Kosovo, and the Trans Euro Trail corridors that link them. Two decades on this ground means he knows how the trails change season to season, which lines hold after rain, and exactly where the real riding begins.
Trail Scout · Support Lead
Official Designation
TET Linesman, Kosovo Section
Qendrim is a certified linesman for the Kosovo section of the Trans Euro Trail, one of Europe's most demanding off-road routes. He doesn't just ride these lines; he helps define, maintain, and protect them.
Qendrim Graiçevci knows Kosovo's highlands the way most people know their own backyard. His riding style is methodical, fearless, and deeply connected to the landscape. Every decision on the trail comes from years of earned instinct.
He handles trail scouting, logistics, and backup support with the same precision he brings to the trail itself. Where Lil leads, Qendrim makes sure everything behind the scenes runs perfectly.
As TET Linesman, Qendrim's work goes beyond guiding. He scouts new corridors, flags route changes, and works with the Trans Euro Trail organisation to keep the Kosovo section accurately mapped and rideable year after year. When you follow the TET through Kosovo, much of what you're riding has been personally earned, tested, and approved by Qendrim.

Logistics & Guest Relations
Florina is the first person you'll talk to when booking a tour. She'll answer your questions and get you set up with the crew.
Outside of TAD Adventure she teaches marketing at a university, and she spends as much of her free time outdoors as she can.
You can reach her anytime on WhatsApp.
Tad Adventure operates in some of the most remote and technically demanding terrain in the western Balkans. These are the ranges our guides know by memory — not by map.
Straddling the Kosovo-Albania border, the Bjeshkët e Nemuna are some of the most dramatic and untouched highlands in Europe. Rocky river crossings, exposed ridgelines, and near-zero traffic make this the centrepiece of the Throttle Therapy route.
Southern Kosovo's Sharr range offers high-altitude riding with sweeping views into North Macedonia. Technical single-track through alpine meadows and dense forest make it a core section of the Elite Lines expedition.
The Trans Euro Trail (TET) is one of Europe's longest off-road motorcycle routes — a 100,000 km network of unpaved tracks connecting the continent from Norway to Turkey. The Kosovo section runs through some of the trail's most rewarding and least-ridden terrain. As the official TET Linesman for Kosovo, Qendrim scouts and maintains this section — meaning every Tad Adventure route is built on the most current, accurate knowledge of these trails available anywhere.

"We ride with riders, not tourists."
We take only 6 riders at a time. That's not a limitation. It's the point. Small groups mean we can move fast, go deep, and keep it real.
We've spent years earning these trails. Every route we ride is one we've scouted, fallen on, and fallen in love with. We're not reselling someone else's adventure.
This is ours. And for a few days, we want it to be yours too.
Kosovo's mountains are raw and uncrowded. Technical trails that demand real skill, not the smoothed-out, tourist-proofed routes you find elsewhere.
These routes aren't on any map app. They've been earned over years of riding, passed down, refined, and kept alive by the people who love them most.
Kosovo isn't a polished destination. It's alive: fire-side evenings, mountain hospitality, landscapes that haven't been filtered through a tour brochure.
Pick your adventure. We'll handle the rest.
